Our Photographic Expeditions are designed as journeys of discovery, not traditional courses. Each participant brings different levels of experience and interests, and therefore the instructor conducts the activities flexibly, adjusting the approach according to the group and the moment.The proposal is to offer a practical and cultural experience in unique settings around the world, where photography serves both as a learning tool and as a form of personal expression. If a participant chooses to cancel their trip, the request must be communicated in writing and sent by email to the expedition organizer. The request will be processed in accordance with the deadlines and rules established by current legislation (Law No. 14.046/20) and the policies adopted by local service providers.The amount paid as a registration deposit corresponds to the brokerage and agency service fee and, according to applicable legislation, is non-refundable under any circumstances, including in cases of force majeure or unforeseen situations.The cancellation conditions and deadlines are as follows:Up to 60 days before the start of the trip : penalty of up to 30% of the total value per participant.Between 59 and 31 days before the start of the trip : a penalty of up to 45% of the total value per participant.Starting 30 days before the beginning of the trip : there will be no refund, considering that all services will have already been contracted, reserved and confirmed with local suppliers.Failure to appear on the date, time, and location defined for the start of the expedition will be considered a "no-show," resulting in the complete loss of any amounts paid. If a participant decides to leave the group voluntarily during the trip, all additional costs arising from this decision will be their responsibility.
